App not detecting facial photo

After downloading the app & buying subscription, it refuses to detect a clear frontal Photo whether you select a frontal face photo from the gallery or click from the app. If we prompt the app for refund. It displays an, ‘oops ‘ message.

Unable to use a subscribed app

my subscription ends on 7nov19 but the app won’t let me use all the features of editing which I was able to use in the past on this very same subscription. It’s asking me to take a free trial for a few days for something I’ve purchased. Please help!!
