Impossible to contact anybody
Your contact us details takes you to another shopping website Your support email gets no response. You’re advertising is totally misleading I purchased $233hk which only opens one exercise. When you go onto the other training tabs, it prompts you to upgrade to.$388 h/k what is the actual cost to be able to do all the exercises in your app when I purchased my three month plan I expected that all tab would open Very disappointing
Responsive and helpful to enquiry
I am renewed the subscription without notification and the in subscription button is hidden in the app. However, the staff is well responsive and helpful once I submitted my issue and refund me quickly. In general, the app is good after the FREE trial. But if the ‘bib’ sound could be added to remind the user between position change will be even greater as sometimes you are unable to attend to the screen all the time when you are exercising.
The app isn't free
It's honestly so stupid how the app isn't free, and all I can do is take a survey and take a picture of my face and then I have to pay from there. Make it free because not everyone can pay for it because their parents might not allow them.

Terrible GUI / intrusive notifs
Why is this app sending me notifications at all odd hours of the day including waking me up at 7am on a Sunday when the only reminder I am supposed to receive is 1pm?! Really reallllly irritating. I wish I hadn’t pre-emptively purchased their smallest plan because this app stinks. No way to stop the stupid notifications unless I turn them all off which disables the only one I want… at 1pm. 😐 The very first lesson and the model is moving her hands the opposite vertical direction from the audio instructions. 😑 Also tiny LIGHT gray icons on a white background? Is your designer stupid? And AI assisted chat instead of clear instructions… seriously? GRR!! The reviews also appear to be AI generated and not very well written either because they make zero sense. So yeah… This whole app is Garbage and the reviews are fake. - written at 7am after your stupid app lit up my screen during FOCUS and with my phone on silent. Hate you.
