Well I bought access like 2 years ago you had 3 o choices you could pay monthly or you could pay for whole year or you could pay for a lifetime access so I choose the lifetime access and completely forgot about it ( use it like 2 weeks)didn’t use then a couple of days ago I wanted to tray again and the app did not work, tried again today and still nothing so I deleted the app and downloaded again and I don’t have that access any more 🙁
Bought lifetime access, which was a very reasonable price, they then switched to much more profitable monthly subscription model and canned my access. Emailed them - no answer.
I paid for lifetime access, my access has now been restricted and when I click restore purchase, I get the message ‘you don’t have any active purchase’. I’ve messaged the company 3 times and have been ignored. Companies like this shouldn’t exist in the App Store.
Don’t buy this app . I have paid for the lifetime and have no access to any more function which I had before anyway. There is no support contact on it. You will just loose your money ! SCAM !!!

I just downloaded the app on my iPhone XR but I can’t open the app. I removed it and reinstalled it but nothing. Any suggestions?
I usually love this app -definitely the best one. But now it keeps asking me to purchase when i already have, in fact twice this month £5.99. Cant get any help from anyone and cant access my exercises. There needs to be much clearer help and instruction and someone needs to return my email!
I downloaded this app at the beginning of lockdown and it’s been great, I didn’t buy a subscription and the free workouts are still really really good. In the time I’ve been using it (4x a week for a month) I’ve lost my double chin and sculpted my jawline. I’m really really pleased :D
This is a good face yoga app with clear instructions and plenty of exercises. It would be good to have a tracker to see what has been completed. But my biggest concern is why it has to access the camera on my phone when I am playing a video? I have emailed the developers twice via different mechanisms asking this and not got a reply. I can tell it does this as the green dot now appears on my iPhone. This makes me feel very vulnerable and worried about privacy and would appreciate an explanation.
Excellent and outstanding result quickly, it’s the best yoga app so far that I have tried and looking forward to using it more and more every day :)))
