Very misleading
Does not “teach” multiplication or division… it just throws numbers at you that your supposed to know if they are divisible or not by the number shown.. not appropriate or helpful for 3rd graders struggling to learn multiplication.
Factor Samurai is not free (it costs 4900.00), however it doesn't contain in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Other than that addictive!
This app is amazing. So many apps are just flash cards with a theme but this is different. Kids also get familiar with recognizing prime numbers quickly and just how composite some numbers are. I REALLY wish I could increase the size of the numbers to 100 and beyond though. I would pay to upgrade even!
I experienced a couple glitches, but love the game otherwise.
Fun game teaches Prime numbers, division and multiplication while being challenging and entertaining. Draws you in and keeps you coming back for more trying to beat your score.
This app has Samurais in it which makes it intrinsically sweet and worth 5 stars by itself, but once my child tried it, that's when the magic happened. It’s addicting and fun to play, and feels more like a video game than a math lesson. The artwork is also appealing, the music adds to the intensity with incredibly satisfying swiping sounds (ah the splat of a divisible number), and I liked being able to get new swords and faster number tosses as we progressed in the game. A great way for children to learn, or for an adult to dust up on, some fundamental math skills. Thank you, Factor Samurai, my child and I are now Times Table geniuses!
It would be even better if it didn't use racial stereotypes as it's theme. This reinforces negative tropes. Too bad.
My kids love this game. It's very challenging and their learning and thinking quickly. For sure, an exercise for the brain.
Discovered this game at a game show and immediately loved it. My kids love it too. Good graphics. Easy to play. Keeps your brain working. A+!
No THINKING required in this game=no learning. Where is the part of the game where the student generates the factors? VERY disappointed!
