I have downloaded this app 3 times but it fails to load no matter what I try 🤷♀️

UNRESOLVED PROBLEMS WITH PAID GAMES
This is the second game I’ve purchased/subscribe to and I STILL have enforced ads and can neither access the features that come with the purchase or they don’t work. To add insult to injury, not only must customers pay forever for the “privilege” of playing mobile games, but receive zero tech support. I have been waiting for three months now for my problems with another app to be resolved and when I asked for a refund I was refused (the cost of the removal of enforced ads was $1.99). It’s time (for me) to go back to console games and maybe switch to Android. I have been an Apple customer since iPhone 5 and I have purchased dozens of games from them and I also subscribe to Apple Music. But I’d rather cut my loses and try out a mobile phone with a different operating system then to continually put up with this kind of frustration particularly when the intent to use an app is to RELAX.

I really unwind with this app. I love coloring pictures of Gnomes and I can’t get enough of coloring them! Please make more Gnomes pictures to color!

Problematic, Still….uninstall,reinstall again
Soooo….after the “lost how many number of times” of uninstall reinstall of this poorly performing app only to get the free version of this app for which I’ve paid a full subscription, which STILL may or may not open, I write again to an entity that WILL NOT respond, help nor resolve! But I write anyway, to inform the unsuspecting who may be pulled in by the beautiful graphics…KEEP SCROLLING…
My boredom saver!
I had seen ads for color by numbers and could not see why anyone would want to do this! Well I know now!! I absolutely love this! I am retired and my days were becoming monotonous to say the least. Then I DL this and I was hooked 100%! If you are retired and need something special to do then you need to DL this program!
Overrides your music
I like to listen to music when I color & this app overrides that. Disappointed.
