Why do I have to sign up to control leds…

I’ve gotten locked out of my account and couldn’t access it, I logged out and made a new account but I wouldn’t let me make another account, I’ve been locked out for over 3 months and I’m getting bored of just the classic rainbow colours please fix it, I can’t afford more. Thank you❤️

Would be so much better if it could sync with music

Failed to send pin , I am trying from last two days to Sign up so please let me know, how to sign up

It’s an easy to use app but please add the ability to control them by music by listening through the phone microphone, or being able to make the strip half one colour and half another.

This app has not been updated in three years. I was able to download it and set up a username. However, this App immediately crashes when trying to log in.

The App is no longer operational. Trying to get another app to function for my light strip

It will not send code to cell no # nor my email 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Unable to integrate with Google Home because the login function, password reset, and create new account features do not function. If you have a new app to support the SP511E with Google Home, please let me know.

Don’t use your phone number to sign up, it won’t work. Use your email. Then Connect to router manually (not automatically). Make sure to follow instructions! It should be easy. This worked for me!
