Hi guys I love the app but there are constant issues with both the app and the website. Things constantly don’t want to load or are slow loading, or will work one minute then literally 5 minutes later stop working. This and other bugs and issues has been going on for months and is not fun. Please it’s such a great app and website and I know I’m not the only one having issues. Please invest the time and have the tech team fix these issues because there are plenty of apps and websites that don’t run this slow or have all these problems so I know it’s fixable. Please help

It doesn’t let me set up my account for some reason. It won’t let me put my phone number in.😡😡😡 This is really sad. I can’t make an account. If nothing changes, there going to get a LOT of bad reviews!

This is nuts! I truer to set up my account. It wouldn’t acknowledge my passcode & now it says my user name & phone number are already used. So now I can’t set up my account.

It looks like a cool app, so I downloaded it onto my phone. It froze up at the end of the registration process and I couldn’t finish. Went to my iPad, registered no problem. Still can’t use it on my iPhone. Deleted it from phone. Reinstalled. Still wants me to register, even though I already have an account. And won’t take me through to complete the registration.
