Falling Prices

The Staff at Lakeport Falling Prices are excellent. They are welcoming and professional.

Employees are so nice. Store is clean.

Paid for a 1 year membership and before the year is over I now have to pay again because I was forced to update the app.

After downloading the app, I tried to check in with my account. No matter how I try it keeps on saying you need to check in within four hours of when the shop will open. It’s only two hours before opening and I can’t check in no matter what I do. This was a pointless exercise.

I can’t to change the photo in the app. Could you fix it please

I don’t understand what is the point of buying platinum membership if you need to purchase pass separately?! Why did I pay $10 as a monthly payment and getting nothing for it. Don’t make any sense. I need my refund.

App, downloaded. created Account…. Check! Opted to Authenticate with code sent to Mobile # - nothing received. Tried Multiple times to resend. Nothing! Cant go any farther with app.. or membership. :(

Love this app. It’s very simple to use.

This app is a piece of garbage. I spent a half hour trying to create an account. The first time I try to create it instead of letting me create my own password, it wanted to use the password that was already in my saved passwords. Then when I tried to verify it it sent me in a vicious cycle of verification and relogging in. Then it kept re-populating the ZIP Code field with my Email address. What a piece of garbage. I’d like to use your app to get a line pass, but it will not let me use it. Fix this app or contact me
