Please fix the bugs on here because i cant scan my phone when i get my allergy shots i dont like carrying my card in afraid to lose it and i cant sign in at all and if u dont fix it everyone with same problem will just keep comement about it til you fix it. Fix it as soon as possible I am having same problems and I don’t like it when you don’t fix when people ask u too .
The app is great and is really easy to use. Recently however it’s gives an error(Alert! Some error occurred. Please try again later.) and won’t allow logins. All my other apps work, except this one app. Can someone take a look at the issue to help resolve? Thanks ! 🙂

Horrible app
The app does not work. I cannot log in. This was one of the main benefits to this practice. There was a quick app with access to everything, especially the log in for shots. There are so many businesses that have scan cards, but most have converted to apps so you don't have to carry a physical card. Please fix this. It has been broken for months and no one at the local office knows what to do. Thank you.
Would be awesome if it didn’t always say “missed shot” when really I’m just not on a weekly schedule — have been on maintenance for years. And would be really cool if you could set a schedule and it notify you when you are due or soon to be due.
Worked fine then suddenly I am unable to login. I’ve changed my password multiple times. Removed the app and reloaded it. No fix and no one to help. Very frustrating since I can’t scan my app to get my shot. I have to go to the desk and ask them to look me up.
The app has been broken for over 6 months. The last update a month ago did NOT fix the logon issues.
After logging on , it states an update is available and necessary to use the app. The App Store has no available update and leads you to IMS patient. Nothing beneficial from downloading and seeing if this app is related to the family allergy and asthma app.. Generally the app is very helpful.
Now I cannot use the “shot scan in” feature without going through the slow process of logging in every single time… did it work to wee before?
