После какого момента перестала загружаться игра, очень обидно ибо крутая игра

С момента последней обновы перестали поступать кристаллы за пройденные уровни. Сама игра мне нравится, но это обидно, я столько наигрываю(((

The game is terrible, you can't change the language, it takes a long time to load

Игра прикольная, но в один момент оно просто перестало открываться. Я не могу зайти в игру она не запускается. Час ждала почти и всё равно не хочет

В ходе игры когда меняешь мебель, одежду и тд не поддерживает интернет( просмотреть видео не реально)
