I am pro subscriber but if nothing change I won't renew it next year. - map is very inaccurate. even though message popups that my family member left or arrived at certain place it doesn't show the same in the map. When one member is home the map will keep showing at work place even though one can see updated a few seconds ago. Accurance 14m. It's not the case. Or family member went out to totally different direction but it keeps showing at work. Just stuck from last day. The map still shows updated a few seconds ago. I want to point that location is set to ALWAYS and even with background update. iPhone users stick to your FindMyiPhone which works. - Time. On desktop it always keep reverting to US time with PM. I hate it. We don't use AM//PM in Europe. ( app is set to English UK language) I tried to change language on my Mac and whatever it was possible assuming it pick up from somewhere but it didn't help. Each time I login I must go to setting and change to ENGLISH UK to see 24h time. However once logged out and then login again everything reset and I have to go back to setting and set English UK. Unbelievable. - Budget is good but would be nice to have plus sign in keyboard with numbers. - Inout on the web is not possible. The big PLUS icon makes difficult to save it. It covers another icon to do so. Honestly it is very good app and I would recommend for the families but at this moment forget about tracking feature and if you are in US then you are set for good with time.

I love this app. It’s helps me and my very disorganized husband stay in sync. The only thing I have issues with is the location tracker. It doesn’t seem to be accurate a lot of the time. For instance, the other day it said my husband was still an hour away when he was walking in the door. I would love to see the locator updated to be live and accurate. And would also love to see family wall come out with physical trackers—kind of like an AirTag or Life360 with tiles. We have a young child that goes to daycare in the middle of a downtown city. I always worry about when he gets a little older, gets brave, wonders off, or is involved with a kidnapping (I know that will probably never happen, but you never know in this day and age). Other than that, we love this app.

I love the calendaring, scheduling, meal planning, etc. My only complaint is that the small thumbnail calendar widget for iOS lock screens shows “No events”, even for days when the calendar is full of events. I suspect this is a bug, and one I hope can be fixed soon.

I bought the premium for my family. I got charged, but the app never updated to the premium version. I like the app it has some great features but the fact that I got charged and never received what I paid for is an issue for me. UPDATE: I reached out to apple for a refund and once that came thru I repurchased the premium. With the premium the features that you get are great. So I’m upgrading my stars from 1-4. The original purchase might just have been a glitch.

This app would be very useful if it's features actually worked. Unfortunately that is not the case. I have had trouble with many of the functions such as making myself a participant. There is no way to contact a company with trouble sitting questions, and the articles available are very limited. When I finally became frustrated enough to delete my account out would not allow me to. Instead it just provided an error message each time I went into setting this manage my subscription.

I love this app soooo much. It has organized me and my husbands life. I ONLY wish for it to have a cleaning schedule section where I can list chores for the both of us to complete.
