I was charged 75 dollars I did not authorize. I downloaded the app out of curiosity after being asked about a free tried and then was charged this a few weeks after. I would like a refund immediately

I downloaded this app through an Instagram ad that said i would be refunded if I didn’t like it. Well, reading through everything before downloading that was not transparent and stating that in order to track anyone they don’t have this app on their phone as well, which would take away the discrete factor that I was going for. I got to the point in the app where I made the account and the next step is to add a contact. Again adding a contact to feed the whole purpose of being discreet. Within an hour I messaged for a refund and I was told there’s no refunds available. This app is not being transparent about the formalities to use it and advertising a refund if you’re not satisfied, and they are not providing that.

False advertising. I requested my subscription be cancelled within half hour of "buying into their false advertising. I requested via the support email AND the app that my subscription be cancelled. I've screenshot ALL the small print in every section, screenshot my proof of cancellation as well as the dates and forwarded them to my lawyer. I also drained my bank account and will be cancelling my credit card. I've contacted Apple and asked that this app be blocked from my existence. DO NOT get this app!!!!

First and foremost, Famio cannot track anyone without their explicit consent. To use the app, you must invite family members to download it and have them accept the invitation for tracking to work. While this prioritizes privacy and consent, it significantly limits the app’s functionality if someone chooses not to participate. Additionally, be aware that if you decide to cancel your subscription, it is non-refundable. Make sure to carefully review their terms and conditions before subscribing. Overall, this app doesn’t deliver on its promises and offers little to no value in practical use.

I have just sent out an email in regards to the previous comment. I cancelled my account on November 24 via email as directed and they still charged me. I hope I get this back because that’s terrible business, be alarmed.

Never download this app they will charge you continuously after you unsubscribe and they will never getvyour money back its a scam. Apple should ban this apps.

The description when I was looking up ways to find someone and what the app gave me after I paid was completely different. I asked for a refund and they offered nothing I had to keep pushing and finally got Something which was still not acceptable. I never rate apps but this service was horrible. There was also no easy way to cancel. I tried …don’t use this app. It’s also crazy expensive for what you get!!
