No way to create an account! How do they have any users, plus the phone number on a letter I received about my permit is not working. I have no way to update the permit, worthless.

I enjoyed reading all the glowing reviews. Out of curiosity, I decided to install it and see if by chance it has been improved yet. Nope, it has not. No way to create an account. It only offers a password reset. But if I haven’t yet created an account…?

Can’t even get into the app. What’s the point? Did MoCo PAY for this??!!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

$3 (12%) on $25 bill makes no sense. Go ahead and process my check. I was also lucky to figure how to logon. Useless app unless you’re paying these all the time. I hope taxpayer money wasn’t spent on this.

You can do NOTHING with this app. You can't: 1 sign in 2 set up a new user 3 access your bill 4 pay your bill Don't bother. It is an absolute waste of time.

This is a confusing app. I was unable to establish a user sign-in. Difficult to find how to do this. Is this app actually completed, or did someone stop mid-stream?

How any developer could convince themselves that this app is usable is beyond me. Appalling interface that does not meet the current standards of login or navigation, has a bill payment page that is incompatible with standard password managers (eg 1Password) and has apparently never been tested on an iPhone, as data entry is tedious and may in fact be impossible (I gave up, erased the app and will send a paper check). A total waste of my time. I hope they didn’t pay someone money to create this monstrosity.

Why would Apple allow this app in their store? Users cannot: 1- create a new account 2- contact developer for support 3- access an faq to research issues Total waste of premium space on devices.

I tried and tried but it doesn’t work!

This app is embarrassing BAD! Since it doesn’t allow you to create a new account, it is useless. Why does Apple allow an app on its App Store that has literally have no purpose, that leads only to the frustration of its users?
