Since some update, even when logged in, you‘ll get bombarded with ads that want you to fat-finger them and videos that will start automatically.
Not just that they start automatically, they take up your whole screen and you can only close them via the same „x“ that also closes the article you are reading.
This is not user friendly and an insult to anyone who actually has a profile, it became basically impossible to use.
Tbh, all of this is understandable if you are reading articles from a browser, but now the same steaming mess in the app?
Rude, just rude.
Video pop-ups render the app unuasble
Fun to access fandom sites - until the video pop ups start popping up, and won’t stay down. Have to restart the app when this happens. Is this a glitch or am i missing out on some hidden setting?
Cannot login so the app is useless
I wish I could use the app but I cannot login using my existing account and I cannot create a new one in the app either. In both cases I get “Something went wrong” I tried several times over the last 3 weeks with WIFi and cellular. No luck though.
Please fix the app.
Version 2.40 startet nicht
Ich bin generell mit der App sehr zufrieden und nutze sie gern. Seit dem Update auf Version 2.40 startet die App auf meinem iPhone 13 Mini mit iOS 17.2.1 nicht mehr. Die App stürzt instant ab. Bitte beheben, dann bin ich wieder absolut glücklich.
Funktioniert fast garnicht mehr
Eigentlich echt tolle app aber seit kurzem funktionieren einige Funktionen nicht mehr: ich kann weder kommentieren noch eigene posts machen. Ich hab sogar einen neuen account erstellt aber es hilft nicht. Sehr schade
Auf dem IPad absolut schlecht
Nach all den Jahren gibt es immer noch keine eigenständige App für das iPad. Die Skalierung ist einfach grausam. Außerdem voll gestopft mit Werbung und nervigen pop ups.

Good but…
This app is good but I’d like to see non English Wiki’s too. And also I can’t write or respond to comment‘s under articles with out going in the computer mode, and in this mode it’s complicate to navigate.
But there also positive points : the news, the bookmarks and the notifications are good and simple to use.
That’s it.
So, I would like to have the non English wiki’s in the app too. I can see them but I can’t have them in my Wiki’s and I can’t have notifications when someone change an article.
(And sorry for my English, I’m French and German.)
Not made for iPhone users
The apps doesn't look bad per say, it's mainly just very frustrating to navigate for iPhone users, it is unclear how you get back to previous articles, the amount of times I closed a whole section because I clicked on the "x" button on the top left corner is exhausting.
Most basic iPhone feature even: SWIPE BACK TO GET LAST PREVIOUS SCREEN.
Why is this not s thing in this app? I honestly rather just use the website just because of it.
I do have other complains like why does it feel like I have to sign up to get some features, but I can brush over these problems, the navigation is just ARGHHHH.
I really wanted to use the app, but it's just too annoying and feels Contra productive
