I am not able to open the app since last 2 days
Terrible customer support
I won quite a bit one weekend then they proceeded to suspend me for 10 days due to “suspicious activity”. Terrible customer service and I’m going to draft kings after 10 years here.
Developer has to get things together
Getting logged out every 4 hours is unacceptable Also saying account is locked when I have two authentication is unacceptable as well
Bottom barrel standard
Legit anything that FanDuel touches is bottom of the barrel. DraftKings , yahoo/MGM, literally everyone is better than this scum of a company and it ain’t even close
Keeps logging me out
Ever since after Nov 21st when the app crashed for everyone my app just logs me out every time. I have to click log in wait for it to load then exit out of profile page. Extremely annoying when you’re trying to get in quick to make last minute adjustments. Think y’all still have some bugs…
Non reliable
This app crashes every day. I literally have to delete and redownload just to see my scores. If i need to make late swaps I have to pray that the app won’t crash on me(god forbid i’m not home by my computer). Y’all make too much money to neglect the app experience.

Cannot enable Face ID for login in this version. Extremely annoying as there is no way to trust this device so EVERY time I open the app it is necessary to use 2-factor. Please Fix!!
