落ちる
チケットのページ開こうとすると強制的に落ちる アプデしても同じ これライブ前に受け取れるのか？ 対策すぐに教えて欲しい
チケット表示できない
肝心のライブチケットがアプリの不良で表示出来ず入場できない。 座席指定ならまだ良いが、整理番号順の入場為後続の人にドンドン抜かれる。どんなに良い番号でも結局後方になってしまう。
チケット画面が表示されずシャットダウン
あるアーティストさんのチケット表示をしようと「ticket」をタップするとアプリがシャットダウンしてしまいます。昨日までは出来ていたのに。 他のアーティストさんでは表示出来るのにどうしてでしょう？
戻れない
ファンクラブのブログの動画を見ると前の画面に戻れなく、アプリを閉じてもう一度アプリを開き直さなければなりません。めんどくさいです。読み込みは早いのですがその1点のみ残念です。
一生使いたくない
複数FC名義を持っていて、当選した名義と以前からログインしていた名義が異なるためログインできませんでした。なんと1端末1アカウントしかログインできないそうです。アプリ内にチケットが表示されるため折角当選したのに会場に入場できません。
典型的な設計不足
表示内容と遷移機能が連動していない箇所が多くあります。改修の繰り返しで中身がスパゲッティになっているのか、そもそも画面を先に作ってしまっているのか…設計時点での不足が否めないですね。
