Fantastic Pets: Merge & Evolve

I enjoy the game but there are a few things that I think still needs work on aside from having a better way to contact the developer. One is being able to access the cloud to beable to register so its able to be switched between devices(mine just keeps showing the loading one the cloud icon) and be able to zoom in and out better ot zoom out just a bit more to see more of the map.

the UI for this app is a bit lacking since the notch and rounded edges of an iPhone it makes it very irritating to play sometimes since buttons go off the edge of the screen

Just started this game and I love it. BUT, I went to buy a chest that said $4.99 and got charged $17.99. Then I clicked on one of the pink/purple clouds for extra spaces and saw that it said $8.99. Ok, cool. I can do that. $22.99 was charged to my account. I hope this is a fixable mistake.

I have sent this email twice, with no response. Just had a major snafu. I used a bunch of coins to purchase a whole lot of Gladiator Dragon eggs so that I could get (5) Level 4 dragons. Then I merged them. My total pet power dropped from 15xx to 1349. So, now I have to build all that back up again. Can you restore me back to where I was? I will not play again until you’ve had a chance to look into this. I can’t seem to find any kind of ID number. I’ve spent quite a bit of money on this game. It’s very frustrating.

The game is broken and support stopped responding two month ago. Too bad because it had potential. But elements freeze and lock up the board making the game unplayable.

I enjoy this game quite a bit, but the map would be easier to maintain and to create merges if you had the ability to summon all of one type of item into one place rather than dragging them halfway across the map. For example, touching to highlight an item, and in the bar where the description, sell button and trash buttons are, if there were another button, like a magnet or something that would gather all of those items in one place without causing them to merge. The map got too cumbersome so I haven’t played in a while…but that would be a huge help!

I lost a lot of gem payout when the ap crashed for two weeks in Dec-Jan. I had purchased the daily payout and could not collect during that time. Other than that it’s a great game I enjoy playing. Wish there was an easier way to contact you about this situation.

This app was down the Christmas holiday and the new update that I did today that came out yesterday fixed the automatic closing but in doing so it deleted everything I did I had close to 80 stars and over 1000 and pet power and now I have nothing my homes, my trees, my iron my coin bases they were all at level eight and now I have to start over so I’m seriously considering just deleting the app

This was my favorite app and I was excited to play it during break, however, every time I click on the app it immediately crashes. I tried everything, deleting it (and all my progress 🥲), updating my phone, restarting my phone, and whatnot. Nothing works and it still crashes. I don’t know what to do. Update: the game works now but I had to restart because to my fault I didn’t back up my game. It’s just a disappointment because I was looking forward to playing events but now I can’t because I have to wait until I get enough pet strength. I am lowering my rating because of all the issues this app has had and how it took a very long time to fix the issues and that no developer has reached out and responded to people’s feedback.
