Fantasy Gender Reveal

I liked what this app did but my family gave money within the app to bet and give to the baby. After the gender reveal was done I requested the payout knowing they take a fee and knowing it would take a few days. It’s been a few weeks and I have gotten no payout. I wrote to customer service through the app, email, social media and nothing. I will need to put a report in due to them stealing the money. I wish they would just write me and let me know what’s the problem. UPADTE: it’s been a year and still no payout. Why does Apple still allow this to happen.

The probably doesn’t function as it should. I can’t even get pass signing up and idk why.

I started a campaign and then the app stopped loading. Logged out and now it doesn’t let us log back in. Please update the app to fix the bug.

I’ve been reaching out to them for days via both emails listed on their site AND the chat support on the app. My campaign ended weeks ago still no payout. I would love to speak with the people who actually received their payout because scamming a innocent baby for almost $1000 is CRAZY & just wrong. I need my payout to go towards my nursery! I wish they would just send my money so I can do away with this stress! I’m so mad I’m just seeing all these reviews after I recommended the app to so many of my pregnant friends! Stealing ppl’s hard working money is a terrible thing to do!

I wrote customer service 3x and still no payout.

I have been trying for weeks almost a month to contact support regarding payout from Family and friends and nothing ! I looked them up on Google and found that others have been scammed as well. The app did not allow you to remove images you upload to the gallery and you cannot get in contact with anyone. I’m so upset they are taking money from innocent families which is totally wrong and I will be reporting them to whoever is necessary!

My reveal was Jan 7th 2023 When setting the gender it kept telling me the gender that would be announced would be girl even though we kept clicking boy so that had me worried the day of the reveal luckily the right gender was announced also when it came time for me to request my payout I’m having issues I reached out to support no one has gotten back with me yet . Can someone please reach back out to me regarding my payout . UPDATE !!!! customer service reached out I received my payout . Customer service was amazing everything went fast !

These people are scammers. They collected all of $175 from my reveal and the money did not disburse to me until now. God don’t like ugly! You all are scamming a young baby.

As others have stated. Campaign funds are not distributed as stated to your PayPal and they do not respond to your inquiry about your campaign funds.
