Games keep on updating

This game is fun but it’s irritating that recently keep on running update. And nothing news or events is running after the updated. It’s stupid that the game changed the vendor and server. Stupid.......server.........

Constant update errors

Hi, I'm not too sure if I'm the only one with this problem but there's some sort of error with my game, it constantly needs to be updated every single time that I open the app even though my game is already at the latest patch. Is there any way to fix this?

Very horrible after the new company took over.

This game was previously under nexon. When valefore took over, the entire game broke. The whole game becomes laggy. In game purchases plagued with errors. Lots of problems with game modes and there were lots of problems after every maintenance. The company support stops replying after giving interim responses and ignore your issues subsequently. Totally pointless to spend even a single cent on this game. New player totally not advised to start at all

Account after migration

This game is absolutely addictive. But unfortunately after the migration i was unable to access to my 2yrs plus of constant gaming hardwork. With all characters obtained and max level, i could not access to my account. Further to that, i contacted valofe multiple times via email but didnt get a single reply. Am so disappointed by the new company that took over. And there was no helpline regarding this issue.
