Request for Refund: Unfulfilled Trial Period for FantasyAI
Dear FantasyAI , While I was excited to try out your FantasyAI application, I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent purchase experience and respectfully request a refund. On 29 Sep 2023, I initiated a 3-day trial of the app for PKR 2,200 , under the impression that I would have full access to all core features like testing how much the output images, satisfy one with their imagination and desired photo. And the other one to check in which quality the images are generated and in how many sizes and qualities can the pics be downloaded, during the evaluation period before any charge. However, upon downloading, the full amount was immediately deducted without the promised trial window. As a potential customer, I was hoping to test key areas like workflow and integration thoroughout the trial to determine if FantasyAI meets my business needs. Regretably, without being able to experience the trial as advertised, I do not feel I can accurately evaluate the app's suitability. Considering I did not receive the purchase terms promoted, I am requesting a full refund of PKR 2,200 be credited back to my account at your earliest convenience. While I'm disappointed this initial purchase did not work out as planned, good customer service is valued by me. If this issue is resolved satisfactorily, I will remain open to considering FantasyAI in future once I've had the opportunity to properly review it firsthand. Please review this matter and reply at your convenience to confirm the refund. I hope we can resolve this positively. You can end my subscription and return me my money.
