I have been using fantrax for years now. They are constantly making the proper changes and adjustments as they continue to grow. I use them for 6 different dynasty leagues (4- Baseball and 2- Football)

Nathan was very professional in helping me restore my league settings for my college basketball league. I was helped in a timely manner and Nathan was very patient with me.

I switched our football league over to FanTrax when our previous carrier stopped offering football services. They recommended that we look at FanTrax services. They didn’t offer every stat option that we were used to, but it was otherwise easy to adapt. Most importantly, league members enjoy the offerings and ease of operation. As commissioner, I echo their sentiments. There is a learning curve, but little by little, I have gotten more comfortable. As a result, I elected to move three Baseball leagues from CBS to FanTrax. We received an intriguing offer that was a no brainer. There were many similarities in functionality, so the transition wasn’t difficult. One of the biggest disappointments with CBS was always their slow response to inquiries when I had issues to be resolved. It could take 4-5 attempts before I would get a response. I can’t say it has been perfect with FanTrax. Some representatives are definitely more attentive than others. But service is still worlds better than CBS. I do understand that there are times that I’m not alone with my inquiries. We’re all set to go for the 2025 Baseball season, and looking forward to the fun. If you’re looking to make a change, give FanTrax a serious look. I feel confident in saying you won’t be disappointed.

Had a league that didn’t fill up. Refuse to give refund. Keep jerking the whole league around saying PayPal wasn’t the method used when making payment. Super flawed app if it can’t read my email address. Don’t trust, won’t use.
