Fácil y rápida
La uso cada día cuando utilizo mi máscara. Es muy sencilla y práctica. Estoy encantada.
No funciona
Directamente: no funciona. Da error cuando intentas vincular el dispositivo a la app. Me parece una tomadura de pelo siendo led face mask un producto tan caro. No recomiendo su compra.
Ha dejado de funcionar en tan solo dos días
No me aparece el producto registrado en la app tras tan solo dos días de uso y es imposible vincular la máscara con la app. Me parece inaceptable que un producto tan caro no tiene una app que puedan arreglar rápido al tener varias funciones que se ofrecen solo vía app y no son posibles en modo manual (por ejemplo, intensidad de luz, tiempo de autoapagado, etc). Estoy pensando en devolver el producto.
Poco soporte
Poco soporte para un artículo tan caro. La app bueno no se han esmerado mucho , con lo que sale el producto ya podrían haberse esmerado más. La de Foreo al menos te guía, está nada . Bueno estoy pensando en devolverlo
App Foreo
No funciona el apartado de consultas, siempre sale el error (code 401). Es molesto porque sería muy útil poder plantear dudas del faq 102, ya que con el precio que tiene. No encuentro la manera de poder contactar para resolver dudas con ninguna plataforma en español
