GPS detects an address - which is not the right one - so I try to enter my address by using top search bar. I found my address there then I select that address but it goes back to the one GPS detected before. Kinda flaky tbh. Needs tons of QA/Dev work

Solo parece quererse apoderar de mis datos personales y ubicación. Parece virus. Y al final ni me validó mi monedero.

I have used this app more then 50 times and they showed up once! They steal your money and never deliver the product! Still the worst delivery service in Mexico. No improvements.

Horrible. Miren la aplicación es buena, pero no tiene botón de cancelar. Yo me equivoqué en un producto de nombre muy similar, cuando quise cambiar no se pudo. Llame a atención a clientes para poder cambiar mi producto, porque no hay modo de comunicarse directo desde la app y me tuvieron 50 minutos en la línea y nunca me atendieron. Irónicamente primero llegó el pedido, antes que me atendieran en call center. El producto no fue el correcto y no devolvieron mi dinero.

I ordered. I was charged. Never received my package. And I can’t get anyone on the phone. I went to pharmacy and they had no idea. I showed them my confirmation email and my order in app. They said I had to call the phone number. The phone recording said I had to go the app.

The app freezes on my phone and the idiots at the franchise have made it impossible to use the account if the app doesn’t work. I absolutely hate it.
