FarmaPoniente nace con el objetivo de integrar RECURSOS para los PROFESIONALES sanitarios, como apoyo para un uso seguro y correcto de los medicamentos.
El primer recurso que se ha diseñado e incluido en la APP es la guía de ADMINISTRACIÓN de medicamentos vía PARENTERAL en el servicio de URGENCIAS (en el Hospital de Poniente).
El segundo recurso incorporado en 2020 es la guía de ESTABILIDAD de MEDICAMENTOS MULTIDOSIS.
Se integran en la App diferentes proyectos implantados en la Agencia Sanitaria Poniente (Proyecto Mayúsculas Resaltadas, Identificación de Medicamentos de Alto Riesgo, Protocolización de Perfusiones intravenosas)
