Unable to connect

Hi, there are issues connecting today. Even coop, boat race are unable to connect. Are there any issues with other players? Active Player.

Great game

The game is great. Must be nice if we can have grid mode so that we can organise workshops and animals efficiently as each has different sizes.

Great Game

I’ve been playing this game for a few years now. Customer service is great whenever I’m having problems with the game and they will respond right away to fix my issues. A bit disappointed with Boat Race for bonus mode, I have to wait 4hrs for the next task but points are only for 50.

Lost items

Items in my barn and silo disappears at random! I’m quitting!!

Screen freeze

The screen freezes forever. Not recover even with restarting the game or reinstalling. Whenever I reconnected to my account, it freezes forever.

Boat Race Issue

I just updated to the latest version. When I logged in again after update was finished, I can’t bring up Boat Race anymore. I’m in the middle of racing and just about to finish a task and ready to select a new task. But it just won’t come up no matter how many times I refresh the game. So, what happens now? When will it be fixed? How long do I have to wait? Or what do I do now? Thank you!
