I placed an order for faux fur jackets. Initially the order took longer than expected to be processed and shipped. Almost 4 weeks to be exact and then I had to contact the seller to get the order processed. Once I finally received the order, I realized that although the items were made with good quality material, they were poorly made and I would not be able to resell them. Then when I went to return the items, my return had to be approved by the vendor and I was charged $52 to ship the items back to the company. The overall experience was a horrible one and I will not be ordering from that vendor in the future.

It reloads everytime
It’s so annoying that you can’t move from a menu option. Let’s say I’m on the “Shop” page and I’ve scrolled all the way down to page 6. If I leave the and go to New In, I’ll lose my progress on the shop page. It’s stressing me out because I have to start scrolling down again. Fix it please 😑. Also, the interface doesn’t run smoothly.

Just as other reviewers mentioned, I’m unable to search for a store or tap on an item. Several times… I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, downloaded the latest version, still the same this. I have the latest OS 17.4.1 on iPhone 14. You all need to fix this asap!!

The app was perfect until a few days ago. Now it keeps freezing on me. It’s very frustrating.
