FAST Speed Test

Can only give 3 starts due to park of dark mode

It’s great that this app doesn’t have ads, it can do the job fast, when you need to. Since it’s so simple, there isn’t much I can say except how it does it’s job faster than most speed test providers. A Dark/AMOLED mode would be nice and a setting to put the upload speed measuring automatically on the front screen instead of having to press more info. But either way, I use this app as my preferred speed test provider, and it’s almost perfect!

This app does exactly what I wanted it do to, amazing!

This was advertised by Apple but doesn’t work on iOS 12. Looks like Apple just randomly pick apps.

First test 29mb/s. 2nd test 3mb/s within 30seconds of each other. Awesome lol

Nice, clean and simple, only shows download speed, but it’s enough for most users

I’m in Australia and have a (nominally) 100Mbit link. Being Australia that means that, occasionally, I get up to 70Mbits. This app shows that I’m getting 130Mbits/sec. Seriously, Netflix, either fix this or remove it. It’s worse than useless.

On home wifi (NBN FTTH) FAST gave 9.9Mbps download . Tapped the “compare on speedtest.net” button that appeared with the result. Speedtest.net gave 31.14Mbps download. Dozens of tries all with the same difference. I wonder if Fast uses Netflix own servers for its tests.
