Really just a timer on the free version
The free version is basically at timer with notifications reminding you when to start and end your fast. The paid version allows logging of fast, weight and water. The paid version is expensive for the features provided. Will remove app.

Tried to cancel the first day but there’s no way out!
So frustrated! Can’t get a response. What’s the point of a three day trial if you can’t even cancel it in time… Especially that says you have to cancel one day ahead!

Best for intermittent fasting
I was becoming mentally unstable because of the overweight I was carrying. Then I suddenly I came across this app and immediately started intermittent fasting according to this cool apps guidelines and it worked perfectly. If you’re planning to lose weight then I would recommend this app as one of the best weight loss tracker for iPhone.
