Fastlane - For Festivals

Totally unreliable app and controls. In multiple occasions beers were show as already delivered when in fact weren’t. Customer online service is very poor and slow, employees not trained properly for this. Queues were longer than traditional cash paying. Double charging for same request. First and last time I’m using this app.

This app is for real. At the festival no waiting in line for drinks. Saved me time and energy for more festival fun.

The app looks great, the order pick up saves time, but does come with extra costs and that really adds up fast after a few orders. The biggest gripe I have is that you need a good internet connection for it to work. And. At a festival with 5.000 to -10.000 people running around reception will be poor, rendering the app useless. Do not offer this service to festivals that don’t have extra telephone masts installed to handle all the traffic.

Voor het bestellen van drinken werkte dit voor geen meter. Bij drukte wordt het gelijk chaos en moet je erg lang wachten.

Waiting 30 minutes and your drink is still not ready. If you go to normal queue it takes 10 minutes…
