Fastlink 4G LTE

I never thought there’s a network in that part of the world, which will steal your data. I purchased a 30GB which is more than enough for 30 days, but after 4 days of minimal usage, it stopped working. This is the most frustrating experience I’ve experienced. There’s no possible way to take it further and make this network unusable. If this network was based in any western country, I would be very happy to take them to court for fraud. I’ve already left you a complaint statement on messenger. I shall be looking into this matter further. Concerned

The fraud of you providing the new “4.5G” plan for 20,000 , while worsening the 18,000 was a disrespectful move. I feel like I bought the 18,000 one for nothing, it won’t open anything. Its very noticeable. Please FastLink, if you wanted to increase the price by 2000 just do it the right way not the fraud way.

When the Fastlink data plan expires, you can’t refill unless the phone is connected to Fastlink wifi. All other wifi will not work and the app will not even load. This is very inconvenient as I have to find another phone with Fastlink and connect to its hotspot. Change the code so that user can open the Fastlink app with any wifi.

Worst ISP in Kurdistan/iraq

80 percent of the time the app doesn’t open! I’ll probably switch to another device since the internet isn’t actually that fast either. I did like the fact that the whole process was cheaper than the competition but once again I see that I get what pay for.
