It says that I have to turn off wifi in order for it to check my number but it still does not work when I turn off my wifi

I m using fastpay since January 2019 regularly paying my bills through your app but i can not verify my profile such as a name surname even i went to deniz bank branch to solve this issue but not succeeded.

I can’t add my credit card anymore
I don’t know why but It keeps telling me that my bank didn’t approve while my credit card is working perfectly The app needs improvement as soon as possible please I can’t add my kuveyt Turk credit card and sometimes it keeps loading too long

Better design required
The app actually does what we need in daily life. However, I guess it is supposed to have better design, and also should be in use everywhere such as supermarkets and shopping mall by QR code reader.
