FastVPN by Namecheap

I sent two emails over two months to cancel and then it took 3 chat support help and 45 minutes to cancel. And the customer service was absolutely horrible. Do not get this service. It is ridiculous difficult to cancel it. They do it on purpose!!!

It just doesn’t work.

Google doesn’t function with this VPN. Eventually it doesn’t function with other websites or THE internet. Permanently set to auto renew. I am having to cancel the card to escape the same type of grift a vpn is meant to protect me from. Also, transferring my domains away from NameCheap who I previously trusted with years of auto renew business. “An error occurred! Your VPN May have been blocked by your internet provider. Please (endlessly) restart the app..”

automatically disconnects. Awful signal strength. I want my $18 back

The app keeps saying there is a VPN error even though it worked fine the first couple of hours. Now it’s not connecting at all.

It needs a sign in every other day, which is super annoying. Edit: I have an active subscription but the app says my subscription is expired. Worst experience ever

The app will continuously sign you out and the VPN profile will not save in your settings. Each time you launch the app you will have to set it up like it’s the first time. If you contact support, they are aware of the issue and have no solution and no indication of when it will be fixed. Save your money, use something else. Do not subscribe to this. Their support does not care.

Seems like everyone is having this same problem but I’ll use the app and it works fine for a little bit, then I close it and reopen it again later and I’m signed out. Then the cycle starts over again. Getting very annoying and very frustrating

This version 3.10.0 is always logout.

In this version, the account is auto logged out daily, should fix as soon as possible.
