Fax # Cancelled !! No works

Terrible App

I was charges 99.99 twice last year and no resolution. My renewal went up in March this year and it was paid automatically but my fax wouldn’t work. They changed my number and I could not restore it because they said they don’t have the capability to do that. I’ve tried ten times to get someone to restore the number and they just say they can’t. All my printed material has that number and I work with hospitals that fax that number. Now I’ve lost business because of this terrible app

Auto charges

I sent 1 fax at the beginning of March 2025, pd for a week subscription and was charged for 3 weeks @ $6.99 per week. Hopefully my refund will be approved, if not, I have learned a valuable lesson. The reason for my review is to warn other seniors to beware and check your Apple account for "unaware of" weekly charges from using this app.

Great App

It is now 2025 and I am revising a bad review. In 2019 I had a major issue and they were able to fix it immediately. It literally saved me 1,000’s of dollars. In 2024 no one responded to a complaint that I sent MULTIPLE times regarding the app not working properly. Worst part is that I had at least six months left of my annual unlimited subscription that I paid for and I did not get to use because they would not respond. AND I had to pay for a new fax app.

Non working fax number

I had someone send a fax with 3 attempts to no avail how do I get my money back or this fixed

Does not work

I got this app so I could receive some documents I needed and they could only be faxed. I had them sent 5 times and I never received any of them. Don’t waste your money on this app.

Beware

I paid to use this ONE time for ONE fax and turns out it’s not a monthly subscription it’s WEEKLY for $6.99! Unlike other Applepay transactions this one did NOT show up in my Notifications and I sis exactly what they hopes—I forgot to cancel. So by the time I found out and Cancelled this scam, I spent over $100 for a single fax. Extremely disappointed. Really? $28+/month for a fax app that doesn’t notify the customer of the monthly transaction? Really dissatisfied. BEWARE.
