There is no way to prevent auto-renew! They say to do it in your settings but no such setting exists. Scam…?

Doesn’t matter if I have money on iTunes or not. I’m not paying for this. I can’t even do the 3 days free trial. I need to send one fax today. I’m leaving a review so hopefully i remember which app this is and I don’t download it next time I need to send something in!

Easy fax was a life saver
My credit card had been compromised during the holiday. I had to have my card shut down. Recently I moved and was able to fax my new address information so my new card would reflect my updated information.
Irritated
Attempted to set up a trial and the company immediately attempted charge my card $70. I deleted the app and canceled the trial/subscription, Now my Apple App Store account is blocked and you have attempted multiple charges to my account for this app I deleted, and cancelled the trial/subscription that I was immediately being charged for a Trial.
Unsatisfactory
I paid to send an important fax and was told it was so blurry they could not make out what it was. I wish they had a zero stars option.
Bad experience
Aside from not being able to send without subscribing, the fax I sent was received as what the bank called eligible. They could not make out any part of it. Since it was a time sensitive document, I’m glad they called me. Even though I sent a transcription of their voicemail when requesting a refund, it was not granted. I feel like I was robbed.
