Annoying not free. Better go somewhere to pay and send your fax.

Terrible app doesn’t actually receive faxes!!!

I’ve paid for this for 2 months and have been trying to receive a fax since day 1 and it hasn’t worked even though I’ve paid the premium prices and did everything the instructions say. Now the company that created it is telling me that a fax MUST be sent in pdf form in order for me to receive it…. That’s not how fax machines work…. It’s not always in a pdf format and apparently if it isn’t their system cannot receive it. Slow response to requests for help and questions and not given accurate info when installing and using the app until after you pay for it for 2 months. Essentially stealing and scamming their customers…. Apple should look into this app and it’s parent company as they are clearly scammers.

Don’t waste your time

Says it’s free but you need to buy credits if you actually want to use it. Cost of credits are too high, better off going somewhere local and getting them to fax for you.

Simple to use

A little expensive for me …..I only send 1 or 2 faxes per year ….. but wow this was easy. Thanks for the free trial. Within 2 minutes I was able to upload a file to fax and filled out the intuitive cover sheet ….. clicked send and it was done. This would be very handy for any small business

Easy to use

This fax app is very easy to use and easy to understand. So far I am super impressed by it. *** The only thing I would like changed is having the free trial last for 30 days. That amount of time gives me a better idea if an app is everything I expected it to be. ***

Mon seul commentaire est le fait que la version française n’est pas à point, les apostrophes sont remplacés par des caractères étranges. Aussi, en français il n’est pas de bon ton de tutoyer.

They make you do all the work to send the fax and then tell you it cost $4 A WEEK. what the heck?!?
