Fazoli's Rewards

We always love coming to Fazoli's! Paul helped us & he is the one who told us about the rewards app. Explained to us how we can earn back rewards, & what a great way to eat & redeem! 😄. He was super nice 👍

Came to eat in restaurant and multiple tables were covered in dirty dishes and used plates yet to be cleaned. The staff was talking extremely loud complaining about various issues. Not the typical experience I receive here.!

On our 1st visit to the New Lutz location. We received our order. We wanted more bread sticks, they were not offered to us, but was offered to other customers in the store. Also, pasta could have used more sauce. We left pasta because it was dry and not enough sauce was initially given. Hope this is passed along to improve service at this location.

Old version was better. Redesigned app uses a neon tomato red color that is hard to view. I like red and tomato red but this neon version does not make want to use the app more than necessary.

Good fast food Italian. Love the breadsticks! Good location on NW Expressway in Oklahoma City.

This location was so welcoming, not only was the food great so was the service! The place was very clean and the workers helpful!! Definitely recommend dining in at this location!!

Every time I order the baked spaghetti I get home and the lid is off and it is spilled all over the bag. This is now the fifth time I’ve had this problem. I love going to Fazoli’s so hopefully this issue will be your address. Thanks.

Ordered a Togo with a drink. Asked for straw she said in bag. When I felt it was at bottom of bag I would have to take everything out just to get the straw. I asked if I could just have another and she said no as she was reaching for my food bag. Really It’s hot I only order a drink to drink on the way home. You lost my business over a straw. We have been going to this location since it opened. The service has gone way way down along with the food. If you order to go the bread sticks are so hard on the bottom till you can’t eat them. Very unhappy!!!!!

Love Fazoli‘s, what a great place to eat wonderful good service and drive-through fast services as well. Well pleased.
