Fake app
After i joined premium inwas unable to download any video. Always i got ( no results found )
Not consistent
It does not work all the time. Sometimes I got the message saying we cannot find the link which is Facebook.
Worst Customer Service Ever
Every time I have had to reinstall software it would not work and I have had to do this multiple and email response is unacceptable, five days ago I wrote and still no response. Unlikely I will renew when that time comes.
Too much ads
Wayyy too many ads, you watch 2 potentially long unskippable ads per download. And if it doesn’t go through you have to re-watch the ads to proceed download.

This app was working perfectly up until recently. Now, it only downloads a photo of the video and not the video itself. Very frustrating. Yes I have a premium account.
