FEATURE - All Things Good

The app has become extremely buggy and barely usable. I hope they see the comments and work on fixing the interface to make it such a smooth experience.

It’s so slow that I’d rather just use the site on my phone 😂

The interface was better and easier to navigate in the previous iteration.

No matter how many times I redownload, or exit the tab. I can’t move the screen or click on anything. All my other apps are fine.

Feature is TOP OF LINE!!! If you don’t believe me GET HERE NOW!!!

When you make a purchase if it doesn’t fit you will not be able to return being stuck with the items. Never spend a dollar with this horrible company!!

The new version of the app is extremely slow which makes navigating and viewing items extraordinarily cumbersome. Additionally the removal of the favorite feature by the cart is a major miss for me as this is where I would save items that caught my eye, and then eventually purchase some of. Overall these changes equate to less sales from me and sure others are feeling the same.

Order took over 3 weeks to even get shipped out when it says 5-7 business days for delivery. Poor customer service communication. Emailed 7 times. Basically blew me off every time. Demanded a refund multiple times. No customer service phone number. Probably scared to talk to live irritated customers.

It had been a month or two since I was on this app but the new look/user interface just looks so fake. Any time I try searching or click on an item to look at it’s so slow and glitchy. I also experienced a couple times that I couldn’t even go back to what I was searching for once I was looking at an item. Had no choice but to go to the home menu or search something new again. Just overall has and feels like a fake browser website now, please fix this or bring back the old layout which was fine if you ask me.
