App has several performance bugs. Tried raising complaints several times but overlooked

Not good after the update. Only buffering. Lagging

Useless banking app . Most of the time not working

Not able to login… while calling to customer care, they says to “Visit Branch”.. if we go to beach it’s feels like government offices of 90,s… they will bounce to another table… wait there.., he/she will discuss with another person… then starting the blame… “You did Something wrong “.. we can raise a complaint, wait for 48hrs( theirs clock never reaches that 48hrs whenever we follow up)… other banks are taking immediate actions and solving the issues… Very Worst Services … from Bank and Branches….

Worst app, crashes like hell

Kindly ask your developer to do the job honestly bal check can be done on other apps also for what federal bank you are wasting your money please let us use your app fully it’s better than the older version but no use till date

Such ah bad banking app i have ever seen.. this app is too much slow.. not even have much options and not all option is working properly.. in recent glitch this app made two transactions automatically.. it was hilarious expirence of mine. The app so undeveloped.. not showing balance at ah time.. loading screen will test your patience level. I will give minus review for this if possible

Unable to do any transactions

Probably the worst banking app to exist in such hyper-digital times. Nothing is easy to find or interact with. And when the app goes down for an update it’s almost impossible to resurrect it with loading and verification issues. I have been trying to sign in since it’s last update when it signed me out. But it just gets stuck at some stage. Have deleted and reinstalled the app twice but still no luck! And yes, i have restarted my phone several times as well.
