Are you in lockdown and confined within the same 4 walls for too long with no end in sight? Are your days fleeting by? Not able to differentiate Monday from Wednesday and this week from last.
The Feel app encourages you to do a pulse check towards how your day felt. Start writing any detail that could have contributed to your ups and downs. The Feel app helps you better understand yourself and familiarize with what made today better than yesterday.
Measure how you feel anytime of the day with a quick note or two and that's all! At the end of the week or month (or whenever!) go to the calendar view and review how the days went and associate from the notes what made that day particularly better or worse off. Important thing is to not forget to log everyday or it won't be as effective.
Now with widgets that makes tracking even easier, just tap on any of the 5 preset icons to record how you feel instantly without needing to open the app at all.
