When a trial subscription is offered, the trial period begins when a member signs up for the subscription through their App Store account. The subscription will be charged on the last day of the trial unless the member cancels at least 24 hours before trial ends.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the member purchases a subscription.
To cancel the Membership, members must cancel directly through their App Store account.
Cancellations begin at the end of the current subscription period.
All purchases are billed to the payment method that you designate when you sign up for an Apple ID as part of your App Store account and will appear as Apple on your App Store statement.

Broken App
So incredibly frustrating that app that attracts cool people with a good concept has progressively become unusable. So many issues that others have mentioned. The age parameters reset CONSTANTLY. If you close the app, if you get a match, if you swipe yes, if you swipe no, suddenly your feed is FULL of 18 years olds and 70 year olds. This is such an incredibly basic and necessary feature it’s actually mind-boggling how long it’s continued to go unaddressed.
Glitchy.
Very glitchy, most people don’t replay or want to meet up after chatting.
Love the space this app provides but hate dealing with the app itself.
IT IS SO GLITCHY. Feels like they fix one thing only for something else to break: for example, the latest is that I keep having to reset my age search settings each time I come back in! It honestly makes me less inclined to use it consistently cause it’s such a pain…the chat is also a bit of a pain to use. Pls Feeld, we love what this app represents for an alternative community, but can you get the backend sorted for ease of use?!
Totally Broken (for me anyways)
I’ve payed for and installed the app for more than a week now and it doesn’t work at all. I can’t even browse profiles. I’ve contacted support multiple times and followed all of their instructions on how to resolve the problem to no avail. I am patiently awaiting a fix for the bug but in the meantime I am paying for a service I can’t even use.
ZERO STARS the app doesn’t work at all.
I get notifications that “x liked you” then I open the app and there’s nothing. This has happened to me at least 40 times now- so already, the only thing this app is for, doesn’t work. When people do show up in my matches/likes and we talk, I don’t get notifications from their messages. This is pretty frustrating because the app is basically unusable. Worst app I’ve tried by far.
Privacy
You should be able to block your phone contacts from seeing your profile, or contacts on other socials
Poor UX + constant bugs
Self-explanatory. The app is slow, people you’ve already swiped left keep showing up, the app doesn’t notify of messages received, thus having to communicate outside of the app, which defeats the purpose of using Feeld. As a cis woman, the app is practically useless and filled with “you’re my first match” messages. ew
Scammed
Majestic membership promises a free ping a day, I received none for a while (stayed at 0) and received the same robotic message from their support 3 times without any intention to solve the problem.
Can’t see likes.
Even with paid membership, I can’t see who likes me, therefore can’t connect. Completely useless app.
