My scale was working great and getting all the measurements. Ever since I updated the app my scale can no longer that. There’s always an error message. I even deleted the app and reinstalled it still not working. I really regret updating the app

This app used to be great but now it takes me 30 minutes to get it to open. I literally just have to sit there and keep clicking it back to back to back to back until it catches and finally opens. Who has time for this?! What is the problem??

App no longer works and does not update since Feb

So every morning I weigh myself on the scale and everytime I try to open the app it never opens and keeps crashing. Im happy with the scale and I love the data tracker but the app is really annoying at times.

I created a second account with the same date of birth and year! Yet the body fat on account shows 33% body fat and on the other account it shows 20% body fat!!! There’s definitely an ERROR!!! Ummm can someone explain!!??

Used this for years with my smart scale. Now it won’t even open. Please fix!!

What happened to the weight tracking graph? It just disappeared overnight!

Haven’t used it for about a year and now when I do it won’t connect to the scale. Followed all tips in the help section of the app but none work. Some options in the help section are not actually in the app. Nervous about it anyway as it’s a Chinese owned company collecting your health data so maybe better it did stop working

This app was great until it did an update to its software around February 2023. Now the only readings it provides is weight and BMI. The developers need to fix the issues! I’ve done everything I can on my end and nothing works.

This scale and app are far from useful. Been lifting weights for many years and after taking a break for a few years and starting back up 7 months ago I got this scale to track my work. The scale and app do not in any way make true estimates of things like body fat or bone mass. So far every gain in muscle I have recovered has been interpreted as an increase in fat with a decrease of bone and muscle. I never really trusted these scales and kept to the tried and true methods of tape and pinch tests for closer to real numbers. 7 months I went from 152 pounds to 162, with the goal to get back to my 190 if I still can at 57 years old. Lol. My diet has been the same of moderate carb and high protein with and increase of protein to match the 1 gram per pound ratio with time laps photos documenting the muscle growth and body fat reduction that conflict with what this scale says. This scale doubles fat percentage that my tape and pinch tests show.
