Slowest interest I’ve ever seen in Australia

Worldiii on

Australia

Living in a rural area, Vodafone doesn’t cut it or any carrier using their network. 20 Mbs cap is far too slow on the unlimited data. You cant use any of if it doesn’t work. I couldn’t make or receive calls. Waited nearly 24 hours and still wasn’t notified if I had been transferred carriers. Internet was so slow for me I couldn’t make a search on safari most of the time. Latency was painfully slow I couldn’t load up streaming services let alone hotspot to any other device. YouTube worked for a short period of time every now and then watching 240p videos on one device (iPhone 16 pro max). But any higher and it would stop. Standards are low in Australia unfortunately.

Best Provider! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10 Stars!

RE: devs on

Hi Felix, best Provider out there, changed over from Belong Broadband. Use for Wifi/hotspot now and have no issue saving over $30 odd a month. THANK YOU!!! I’m QLD based, good reception. Bit funny at times but not a deal breaker at all, impressive speeds even on 1 bar or 2. Even Hot-spot 2-3 devices no problem. Great prices, Although I’ve recently updated the app and I can’t see my usage without having to do the code and go into my usage section it’s always at 0 data usage on the dashboard for some reason, but I go in and it says 140gb used.. not a problem really I’m just a stats freak. lol. Keep up the good work FELIX!

Best provider experience

By far the easiest app to use, the best customer service, the only carbon neutral provider, and it’s very cheap.

Cheap plans, but speed can be slow at times and not work in some areas

Fairly reliable, data don’t work all the time

Most terrible phone company in the world

I send chat to ask for for one week and no one can fix the issue!

Horrific support

Links in emails don’t work, support is non-existent or takes DAYS to connect. Absolutely horrific lack of customer service. It’s my first month with felix and I’ll be switching back to my old more expensive provider (at least their customer support is accessible).

Poor service all round

Mk9186 on

Australia

Service experienced was extremely poor for the two weeks that I was with Felix. I attempted to make contact however, the only way is through chat which takes a very long time and goes round in circles with no real answers. Reception is patchy at best, even in ‘Felix/vodafone’ strong area.

Hidden Charges for each Payment Updates

Abulkosim B on

Australia

While Felix Mobile offers excellent internet service, their payment system is extremely frustrating. Every time you add a new payment method, they charge you $1, which is never refunded. On top of this, you still have to pay the full cost of your plan separately. This feels like a sneaky way to take extra money from customers. Please refund the $1 charges for adding new payment methods—it’s unfair and unnecessary.

Worst service team

YOY0_ on

Australia

Takes 2hours or longer to reach out service team, there’s no number which you can call, only rely on text which is so slow to get answer back. After long waiting when you reach out someone, Some of team members not even read what I sent or what I need, just telling their manual progress. If they have no store I can go in person and only do online business, get enough people to working at customer service please.
