錯誤引導購買一年的方案
同意試用時，軟件default 設置了一年的方案，因為視窗訊息不是完整出現，讓我在不清楚狀況下購買了一年，收費7850，這是不正當引導，請Apple介入協助退款。

在手機付費，但網頁版無法使用（同一個登入帳號）
