This county is one of the largest in the nation in which there are mountain ranges altering weather patterns. The number of FEMA alerts for excessive heat, flash floods, or extreme weather simply don’t apply on different sides of those mountains. For the past several months we have had extreme heat - no question. But wind, rain, flash floods - not so much in the Central Valley, maybe twice. I’m suffering from Peter and the Wolf syndrome and ignoring all the alerts. When I get notifications I want them to mean something.

I work at a medical facility where I am the director of nursing. The information alerts I receive is valuable in assisting with the preparation and safety of my residents and my nursing staff.

This app is very easy to use and understand. That’s saying a lot when you’re dealing with total destruction of your home from a natural disaster.

I lost all previous locations and updates; is now completely missing the NWS excessive heat warning for the hottest location near me. Something went very wrong.

Applied for emergency food help after hurricane beryl and was the hardest app to use . Could get no where. A week later and still no help. Now it won’t even let you sign in.

Nos tomamos muy en serio nuestra seguridad, sobre todo en la época de huracanes, estamos informados y prevenidos de los sucesos por venir, muy útil la sección de consejos, que hacer y cómo actuar ante un evento climático. Great application that keeps us up to date. Really recommend as a useful resource.

This app works fine for me. It’s a helpful source to check weather alerts that I get from a certain weather app that I use, because that app seems to go overboard with alerts that may or may not be accurate. And, folks complaining in their reviews about getting disturbed by alerts know must not know how to adjust their notifications in their phone setting.

You guys are excellent at putting out the updated alert quick. Be nice to have a auto delete of the warning the updated alert is updating.
