Description

femfit will guide you to do the right thing to make your exercising worthwhile and build pelvic floor strength. It presents a clinically validate exercise programme (with four exercise types) that is progressive in intensity to continue to build pelvic floor strength and function. With tips and advice along the way, you will learn how to exercise and how much to exercise (rest days are important too) to lead to a real improvement in pelvic floor health. For best results, a femfit device is used during exercise to provide bio-feedback on technique and performance, but you can get going with the App alone. femfit is a medical device which is thin, flexible and comfortable to wear. The femfit system (device and App) is based on 10+ years of academic research and is available in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Our company, JUNOFEM, does not play games with your pelvic floor, but we will support you, encourage you, celebrate your commitment and share the journey towards pelvic floor health.
