Fender Tone

The app works well icw my PC and Mustang LT25. Now I like to use my new iPad Air. Connecting USB does not work, is that correct?

This app is a drag. Many times unable to connect to Bluetooth or WiFi. Every time the app says Limited functionality when I try to manage my presets or setlists, but the amp ia up to date. Plus unable to backup settings and setlists. It has to work all the time, but it isn’t reliable. Hard to accept in these times of modern technology.

Does Tone app support ios URL scheme ? Or do you now of an other solution to startup the Tone app from another app / shortcut with a preset as parameter?

Hello the app is Verry Nice To use. I have A request for the devellopers. Is it possible To integrate midi / learn for controlling the app, this Would open New doors 4 usability. And even the option 2 activate the looper in the app would be magic🤩

Recently i own the GTX50 Amp. Nice, for only an guitar Amp and good sound for home use. The use of this app is okay. The delay between video and audio is really dramatic. The Bleutooth technique they use is not the current technique of 2020/2021 in my opinion. Nowadays you can buy so many speakers etc that are just spoton with video / audio synchronization. for this GTX I find it very unfortunate and for me so unusable for playing music at eg youtube. I would have liked to pay more for this amp if it had been of good quality. Hopefully they will come soon with an update. But it might be that a hardware update is a must to fix this problem?

I got 2 issues with the app: When selecting a set list from the app; it is NOT selected on the GTX7. The amp stays in its default mode; the one with hundreds of presets. The only way to select a set list is manually on the amp itself. Even when you select a set list from the amp, a simple tweak in the app (such as adjusting the volume) immediately puts the amp back in that big preset list. This is really annoying because the user has to walk back to the amp to manually put it in the correct set list again. Finally I also have a ui request: it would be really handy to have a way to add a preset to a set list from the preset screen directly. The current workflow for me is to scroll through the amps and when I like one, I’d like to add it to a set list immediately. This is impossible. The only way to add it now is to remember the name and search it in a different preset menu. Which is kinda cumbersome.

Good app, nice new effects. Great amp too. Love the true Fender sound.

Bluetooth isn’t an option for lt25 but isn’t advertised on app description or actual amp

The app when it’s working is an awesome idea. The tones are great and a lot of options to choose from. The complaints are that I have to repeatedly try to get it to connect. Sometimes it connects right away, other times I have to try multiple times. My biggest complaint are with the preset lists. It would make a lot of sense to be able to sort the presets alphabetically. Like if I want all my Pink Floyd tones in order I would have to manually move them and that is labor some and annoying. Such a simple update would fix this yet still no option. Not sure why Fender doesn’t see this as a good addition.
