They took my money 30 aed they cancelled my order they did not do any refund theres no customer care Contac number
increasing the price from 1 AED to 2 AED per minute, renting the scooter has became too much expensive, even more expensive than taking a taxi, I was always using this application i made over 70 rides in the past few months when the price was 1 AED per minute, i was also subscribed to the premium, unfortunately now I have cancelled my subscription and will stop using the app. I think increasing the price is a mistake will lead to losing a lot of customers, especially when there are other options with the price of 1 AED per minute. Basically this was my favorite app due to many things, no opening charge, and you can end your ride almost anywhere, but now its all pointless to me personally after increasing the price.
Not recommended I pay 50 AED to ride then when I try many scooter it’s not working not available it’s shows try another scooter I check almost 6 scooter the same waste of money and time

Worst customer service I swear it took 2 months just to get my scooter I didn’t even receive it till now like wow really the worst company
Using this service from 1 year now Preferred for quarterly membership.. the bikes were very old and Faulty.. needed ti exchange 10 times.. but Atleast Service was good Fast forward to aug 2023.. unresponsive service only 3hr window to interact with service team.. and they reply after 40 mins for a simple yes or no Don’t waste your valuable money and time for this app
Worst application and worst customer service can’t use my scooter for almost 10 days now and the customer service is terrible you could wait for 3 hours to get a reply and then they close the chat on you. And don’t send me a WhatsApp conversation link because I won’t be waiting 3 hours for someone to close the chat
First of all i contacted support because the speed on my scooter 18 kmh instead of 25 ghey didnt help with that the charger was broken they said they were going to replace it but at the end they didn’t and ignored me
I was trying to rent the 3 months offer but I cancelled 3 times with Arnab and now I cancelled with Fenix directly. Arnab totally no 24hr customer service, Fenix has but the booking/deliver of the scooter is a failure. They are loosing sales because of this issues. Best of luck!
