Bad service with bad drivers who do not know how to take direction or follow a map. The app lies with its estimation of how much youre gonna pay, the drivers are bad and put your life in danger. The company holds literally NONE of their drivers accountable for ANYTHING; not theft, not insults, not threats, not even attempted rape and harassment. Just an over all failure of a company that does not respect its customers. ቱ! ቆሻሾች::

Recently their driver tried to rape a female passenger and the company didn’t do anything about it. I will NEVER use it again. Please people stop using this App for your own safety.

This company supports a rapist and they tried to cover sexual abuser.

As a women working and traveling a lot; safety is my priority and as a service providing organization leading many vehicle ensuring safety of the vehicle is very critical whereas, this company doesn’t provide the safety women are not safe using the drivers and very bad very disappointing.

Please explain to us how one of your drivers was accused of grape and he is still working with a “warning”! I’m confused is the safety of your customers and consumers not important that you allowed someone who did to still have access to potential victims!

I have been a customer for this company for 5 years. It started with good customer service but these 3 months I get request from the drivers to pay extra money and offline for different reasons but it’s mainly when they hear me speak English. It’s such a shame as I called and complained but the operator supported the driver that it’s his right not to take me even though I repeatedly told the operator that the driver is requesting extra payment offline or took my change without my consent. Overall no respect for the customer from the drivers or no additional assistance when called my for help. As a woman I don’t feel safe driving with them because there will not be anyone from the company to help you in emergency situations. Other companies provide safer service specially for women. I don’t advice.

Bunch of rude drivers and nobody cares if he even does anything to you i complained and they backed him up ! As a women i need to be protected and treated as well
