Fergus Go

I won’t lie I seriously had my doubts about the new app originally after the last one was so clunky. The initial launch of Fergus go was disappointing and had very basic function. That said Fergus go is now coming onto its own and I’m now finding it an absolute pleasure to use in its functionality. Looking forward to being able to load favourites into a purchase order tho as sometime I need to sort gear for the guys on the fly. All in all tho very positive looking at where it has come from in the days where all I wanted to do was change systems. Well done team Fergus keep on developing the system for seamless integration, functionality and positive end user application. We are now in our 9th year of usage

App keeps asking for background location data even though it’s not needed.

Fergus Team has done lots of work this year to improve the app this year. Works great for my business, looking forward to the additional product improvements coming!

Helps with my business

Pretty sure Fergus wanted to save some money on app development. Possibly outsourced for this . They had a perfectly good app with their Fergus mobile app. I can’t understand why they needed to release this rubbish. Looks like it was developed by a 5 year old

App won’t load up on my phone??

Have been using for about a month and sending screen recordings of glaring failures in the app, including failure to save time slots and search errors, no answers or improvements - instead of fixing the working legacy apps few faults they seem to be trying to tank their reputation with This very below standard app, has caused me much lost time over the last few weeks and have had to revert to the legacy app with its fewer faults in the meantime, Come on guys sort your stuff out

Absolutely over this app not working Was good now it won’t display anything not that helpful when you can’t see your jobs
